To ensure all guests have a safe and beautiful stay at Sunny Smiles, we kindly ask you to follow these essential guidelines.
No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, parties, and events are not permitted.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
Maximum Occupancy: Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests. Please include all guests on your reservation.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our resort community and observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM
Pet Policy: Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Pets must be leashed in common areas, cleaned up after, and kept of beds and furniture.
Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
